Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments.
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
All shipping costs are included in the price of your plants if you are buying from within England, Wale & Southern Scotland.
Shipping to Isle of Wight and Scottish Highlands, and Scottish Offshore will incur a surcharge for each delivery week.
We usually dispatch orders on Tuesday and Wednesday each week, to arrive on the next day. Any orders from our current stock placed before 9am on Wednesday will be dispatched in the same week. Orders after this time will be dispatched on the following week. The nuture of plants may mean that they get ready early or slow, we will inform you as soon as we become aware of an issue, we may dispatch them early to you or hold them until they are suitable to send.
You must inform us within one working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
We don't take back orders, plants are either grown to order or come from current stock so they are available at the time of ordering. Orders for future weeks will be sown at the correct time or will have already been sown if the order has been taken after the sowing date.
Edible plants are zero rated for VAT at present. Non edbile plants, products and services will have 20% VAT added.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We guarantee your satisfaction. Your are buying live plants, if there is an issue, you will need to contact us on the point of delivery or soon as possible afterwards, ideally the same day.
Please take photos of the issues and forward to us so we can find a solution to resolve the issue. Photos must be provided in order to make a claim.

If your plants do not arrive in good condition please let us know giving brief details including the date the parcel was delivered. We will either send you replacement plants free of charge (provided we still have some in stock) or you can choose to have your money refunded. Photos must be provided in order to make a claim.
